Sister Angela O’Callaghan, of Newport, went peacefully to God at St. Clare Home, Newport, RI, on January 3, 2019. She was born Bridget O’Callaghan on August 7, 1931 in Loughfouder, Knocknagoshel, Co. She attended primary school locally in Loughfouder and went to the Cluny Sisters’ Mount Sackville Boarding School in Dublin.
